Fina Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Fina Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By registering and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the "Affiliate") and Fina Financial Tracking Software ("Fina," "we," "us," or "our").
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Program application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject your application at our sole discretion.
As an Affiliate, you will promote Fina's financial tracking software through your website, social media channels, email campaigns, or other online platforms, using the promotional materials provided by Fina. You must adhere to Fina's branding guidelines and follow any instructions provided. You may not use any misleading or false statements or engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent practices when promoting Fina.
Upon approval of your application, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track your referrals. You will earn a commission for each new customer who purchases a Fina subscription through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates will be determined by Fina and communicated to you at the time of your application approval. We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time, with notice to you.
Commissions will be paid to you on a monthly basis, within 30 days following the end of each calendar month, provided that your total commissions earned meet the minimum threshold established by Fina. Commissions will be paid through the payment method you designate in your Program application.
Fina grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Fina under this Agreement. You may not alter or modify any of Fina's intellectual property in any way. Upon termination of this Agreement, your license to use Fina's intellectual property shall immediately terminate.
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will continue unless terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you.
As an Affiliate, you may have access to certain confidential information related to Fina, including, but not limited to, customer lists, sales data, and marketing plans. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
Fina will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
